We provide care and support services including but not limited to in-home care, disability support, aged care, community nursing, care coordination, respite care, mental health support, and NDIS plan management. Service delivery is subject to a separate service agreement that will be provided upon engagement.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms purports to exclude, restrict, or modify the application of the ACL or any other applicable consumer protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Connect Care Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the provision of services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the service or the cost of re-supply, at our discretion.
